FREEMMMP does not control the approval decisions, verification procedures, authorization hold periods, or fund-release timelines established by payment providers, banks, or card issuers.

If you experience an authorization or payment issue, you may need to contact your bank or payment provider directly for additional information.

Checkout Security

FREEMMMP checkout transactions are processed through Shopify and authorized payment service providers that use security measures designed to protect payment and transaction information.

Depending on the payment method selected, your payment information may be processed directly by the applicable third-party payment provider.

While reasonable security measures are used, no online transmission, payment-processing system, or electronic data-storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Customers are responsible for protecting their own account credentials, passwords, devices, and payment information.

For additional security, we recommend completing purchases only through trusted devices, secure browsers, and private or trusted internet connections.

Pricing and Charges

Product prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, promotional discounts, and the final payable order total will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your payment.

You are responsible for reviewing the final order amount before submitting payment.

Depending on your payment method or location, your bank, card issuer, or financial institution may apply additional charges, including:

Discount Codes

Discount or promotional codes must generally be entered during checkout before the order is completed.

All promotional codes are subject to the specific terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, and other restrictions associated with the relevant promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• Promotional codes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• Discounts may not be transferable.
• Discount codes cannot normally be applied retroactively to completed orders.
• Certain products or collections may be excluded from promotions.
• FREEMMMP may limit the number of times a promotional code can be used.

If a discount code is not accepted during checkout, please confirm that the promotion is still valid and that your order meets all applicable requirements.

Payment Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once for the same order, please contact FREEMMMP customer support and provide your order number together with relevant transaction information.

In some cases, what appears to be a duplicate charge may be a temporary authorization hold rather than a completed transaction.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time for pending authorizations to disappear.
