Warranty & Guarantee

FREEMMMP provides a 3-year limited warranty for eligible functional defects affecting our kitchen tools, cookware, food preparation products, and small household kitchen appliances. During the applicable warranty period, our customer support team is available to assist with product-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.

Some FREEMMMP kitchen products may be specially configured, packaged, or prepared for individual household orders. Therefore, items are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where otherwise required by applicable law or where the product has a confirmed quality defect, shipping damage, or an error attributable to us.

Free Repair & Replacement Coverage

We may provide free repair, replacement, or complimentary re-delivery when a product meets the applicable warranty conditions, including:

  • Defective materials, manufacturing defects, or functional failure occurring under normal household use.
  • Persistent product malfunctions that cannot be resolved after following our recommended troubleshooting instructions.
  • Product errors caused during order preparation or production, including incorrect specifications, configurations, models, or other details that do not match your confirmed order.
  • Significant damage, breakage, or missing components caused during shipping or delivery.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please take clear photos of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label and contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not apply to damage or issues resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, discoloration, or minor scratches caused by regular use.
  • Improper use, incorrect installation, overheating, overloading, negligence, or failure to follow the provided instructions.
  • Accidental damage, intentional damage, misuse, improper cleaning, or improper storage.
  • Use of incompatible accessories, third-party replacement parts, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Damage caused by external events or force majeure, including fire, lightning, flooding, severe storms, earthquakes, power surges, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For electrical kitchen appliances, damage resulting from use with an incompatible voltage, power supply, adapter, or electrical system may also be excluded from warranty coverage.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Refund Rules

FREEMMMP begins processing orders shortly after they are placed. Please carefully confirm your product selection, quantity, shipping address, and other order information before completing checkout.

We support order modifications and cancellations within 24 hours after the order is placed, provided the order has not already entered fulfillment or been shipped.

  • Eligible orders canceled within the applicable 24-hour period will receive a refund to the original payment method.
  • Once the cancellation period has expired or order fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be available.
  • Refunds, returns, or exchanges after fulfillment will be handled according to the applicable product condition, warranty terms, and consumer protection requirements.

Order Delay Statement

In occasional circumstances, an order may be delayed due to temporary inventory shortages, logistics interruptions, carrier delays, warehouse scheduling, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

FREEMMMP will make reasonable efforts to monitor order progress and provide customers with updates when confirmed delays occur.

Final Rights Reservation

FREEMMMP reserves the right to review, cancel, or reject an order where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, payment verification, inventory availability, legal compliance, or other legitimate business reasons.
